Returns
Eligible for return
Aesthetic and Invest Liquid pieces may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unworn and unaltered
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be submitted prior to shipment
- Each return undergoes individual review
- Items with valuable stones require examination by a qualified specialist, conducted in the presence of the purchaser, confirming authenticity and unchanged condition
Non-returnable
Custom and investment-grade Invest pieces are final and non-returnable after confirmation and payment. Bespoke, personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are strictly non-refundable.
